As a Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, driving brand awareness and fostering community engagement across various platforms. What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with our brand objectives.
  • Create captivating content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to enhance engagement and brand perception.
  • Manage social media accounts to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content delivery.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to improve visibility and reach across search engines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional employees to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster strong relationships.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Basic qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design needs.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all content produced.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in public relations or e-commerce environments is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with video editing software to create dynamic multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools for tracking user engagement and behavior online.
