Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented "Social Media Specialist" to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and support
• Prepare and present account reports and updates
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and complaints

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Social Media accounts
