We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content trend, and knows how to engage audiences with fresh and relevant ideas. From planning and creating captivating posts to editing high quality visuals and tracking performance metrics, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving audience engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Key Responsibilities:

Content Research & Planning:

  • Research trending medical and heart-health topics, audience insights, and content ideas.
  • Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.

Content Creation:

  • Write engaging captions, newsletter drafts, and social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook)
  • Assist with video scripting, short-form reel ideas, and blog summaries.

Design & Editing:

  • Demonstrate high-level expertise in video editing and graphic design, with strong command of platforms like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Ensure all visuals meet professional standards and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Posting & Scheduling:

  • Upload and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
  • Manage publishing timelines and monitor analytics to optimize performance.

Community Engagement:

  • Respond to followers’ messages, comments, and questions promptly and professionally.
  • Support audience growth and engagement through consistent interactions.

Analytics & Strategy:

  • Track and report key performance metrics.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics and audience behavior.

Newsletter & Blog Support:

  • Help draft and distribute monthly newsletters.
  • Repurpose long-form content (like YouTube videos or articles) into short-form content.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a personal brand or business, with demonstrable results and performance metrics.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Communication and Creative Skills

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends, SEO, and analytics.
  • Highly proficient in video editing, design, and content creation tools.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
