Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B social media strategies aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily operations across multiple social channels—content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion), and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B tools to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta for Business) with a focus on lead generation and audience segmentation.
  • Report monthly analytics, KPIs, and recommendations to internal stakeholders or client partners.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in B2B organizations or agencies.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to a professional, corporate tone.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and performance dashboards.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or Sprout Social).
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and metrics-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B service-based industries (e.g., consulting, recruitment, or SaaS).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
