   Key Responsibilities
  
- 
   Develop and execute
   
    B2B social media strategies
   
   aligned with client goals and marketing objectives.
  
- 
   Manage daily operations across multiple social channels—content planning, publishing, and community engagement.

   Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion), and deliver actionable insights.
  
- 
   Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment.
  
- 
   Stay ahead of
   
    social media trends, algorithms, and emerging B2B tools
   
   to maximize engagement and ROI.
  
- 
   Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta for Business) with a focus on lead generation and audience segmentation.
  
- 
   Report monthly analytics, KPIs, and recommendations to internal stakeholders or client partners.
  
   Job Requirements :
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
- 
   2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in B2B organizations or agencies.
  
- 
   Solid understanding of LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  
- 
   Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to a professional, corporate tone.
  
- 
   Experience managing paid social campaigns and performance dashboards.
  
- 
   Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, or Sprout Social).
  
- 
   Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
  
- 
   Creative, proactive, and metrics-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  
- 
   Experience in B2B service-based industries (e.g., consulting, recruitment, or SaaS).
  
- 
   Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
