We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our client's social media platforms.
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Job Type: Full-time onsite
Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)
- Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing and brand goals
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Work closely with design and content teams to produce visually appealing content
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build online communities
- Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions)
- Manage paid social campaigns and collaborate with performance marketing teams
- Stay updated with latest social media best practices and technologies
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive content performance
