Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with followers in a timely manner.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations and e-commerce to align messaging.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
• Utilize video editing skills to create engaging multimedia content for various platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media tools, and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in Google tools for analytics and reporting.
• Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
• Experience in digital marketing practices including SEO/SEM.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on relevant topics and trends.
• Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
• Video editing skills using Adobe or similar software is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
