Social Media Specialist

Wichita Furniture, Inc. is looking for a passionate social media expert and content creator to establish and grow our presence across all social media platforms. We are looking for an energetic, creative, hard working professional that wants to dominate online by creating results that drive traffic and conversions through social media, email marketing, written content, community engagement and digital advertising.

Requirements

• Develop social media campaigns that support the company’s messaging and drive traffic to our websites and stores.
• Utilize data to measure the performance of all content and digital advertising.
• Engage with customers and followers on social media.
• Write content for website, products and email to improve SEO and drive traffic.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Manage digital ads to drive store and website traffic and conversions.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to partner with to drive awareness.
• Follow all social media, SEO and digital advertising trends
• Communicate effectively to all team members and company leadership.

Skills, Experience, and Job Responsibilities

• Experience managing campaigns on social media and digital ad platforms.
• Experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media and technology.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Skilled at crafting content that tells a story and connects with the intended audience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Conceive and produce compelling content for social media and marketing channels.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Willingness to be on camera

We are one of the only stocking furniture retailers in the state of Kansas supported by our 120,000 sq. ft. local distribution center.
