Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Produce compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms such as blogs, social media, and newsletters that engages audiences and drives traffic.
  • Track and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns and compare results against established targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, gather insights, and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and return on investment.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking to assess the entire customer journey across multiple digital platforms and user touchpoints.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand visibility and recognition, both locally and internationally, through consistent messaging and digital presence.
  • Adhere to brand identity standards to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience across websites, social platforms, and other digital assets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including content creators, developers, and designers—to maintain cohesive branding and messaging across all online platforms.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on Social Media Specialist
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related discipline is typically expected.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Awareness of current digital marketing trends, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong writing skills are a bonus, particularly for creating engaging digital content.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
  • Basic knowledge of running paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
