Responsibilities:
- Strategize, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
- Produce compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms such as blogs, social media, and newsletters that engages audiences and drives traffic.
- Track and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns and compare results against established targets and KPIs.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, gather insights, and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and return on investment.
- Apply strong analytical thinking to assess the entire customer journey across multiple digital platforms and user touchpoints.
- Strengthen the company’s brand visibility and recognition, both locally and internationally, through consistent messaging and digital presence.
- Adhere to brand identity standards to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience across websites, social platforms, and other digital assets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including content creators, developers, and designers—to maintain cohesive branding and messaging across all online platforms.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
- 1–3 years of hands-on Social Media Specialist
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related discipline is typically expected.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools such as SEO, SEM, paid media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Awareness of current digital marketing trends, tools, and performance metrics.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong writing skills are a bonus, particularly for creating engaging digital content.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with effective time management capabilities.
- Good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Basic knowledge of running paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
