We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our creative team, where you will contribute to developing engaging social media campaigns and growing our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and infographics.
- Conduct audience research and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling tools, and workflow to ensure timely execution of content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online community interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills (text, images, video).
- Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret data for strategy improvement.
- Understanding of hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Creative mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
