We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist – Kandas Group

Kandas Group is expanding its marketing and digital presence, and we are looking for a creative, passionate, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and elevate the online identity of all Kandas Group divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the official social media pages of Kandas Group and its subsidiaries.
• Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics aligned with the brand identity.
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars, campaigns, and creative concepts.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage actively with the audience.
• Monitor social media trends and bring innovative ideas to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the HR, Operations, and Projects teams to showcase company culture, milestones, events, and project highlights.
• Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports showing insights and improvement areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist / Content Creator / Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
• Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to shoot and edit short videos, reels, and basic graphics (Canva/Photoshop preferred).
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pages and brand voices.
• Available for full-time role in Dubai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
