We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who has experience running paid ads for crypto exchanges, USDT platforms, fintech apps, or financial products.
This role involves planning, managing, and optimizing performance campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and high-quality users.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Run lead generation, conversion, and app install campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, and audiences.
- Work with the content/design team to develop effective ad creatives.
- Ensure all ads follow crypto and fintech advertising guidelines.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Research trends and user behavior in the crypto and fintech space.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Must have experience running ads for crypto or fintech products.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work with UTMs, tracking, and conversion setup.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling and compliant ad messaging.
