Job Description: Media Buyer

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Allocate and optimize ad budgets based on performance
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting
  • A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions)
  • Analyze performance and prepare detailed reports
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
  • Stay updated with platform trends and policy changes

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid media buying
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with tracking tools (Pixel, GA, GTM)
  • Understanding of funnels and conversion optimization
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

  • E-commerce or lead generation experience
  • Experience scaling ad budgets
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page tools

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily posting and scheduling across social platforms
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions)
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars
  • Engage with followers (comments, DMs, community management)
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
  • Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams
  • Support influencer and brand collaborations

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of social media management experience
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
  • Basic analytics and reporting skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to brand voice
