Social Media Specialist

Tabeer Developments is looking for a young, creative, Gen Z–minded Social Media Specialist to bring fresh ideas and strong digital energy to our brand. If you understand trends, love creating content, and know how to make brands stand out online, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
• Create engaging content such as reels, short-form videos, stories, and posts
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
• Write creative, relatable captions aligned with the brand tone
• Shoot and edit videos for social media platforms
• Monitor comments and messages to engage with the online community
• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
• Track performance and optimize content based on insights and analytics

Requirements

• Gen Z mindset with a strong passion for social media and digital culture
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
• Experience using video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro
• Creative, proactive, and trend-driven
• Comfortable being on camera or directing shoots when required
• Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus
