We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Your goal is to boost our online presence, increase engagement, and grow our brand's following.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop creative and engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
  • Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing posts.
  • Write captions and craft messaging that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify trends and audience preferences to improve content effectiveness.
  • Plan and schedule posts in advance using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Engagement & Community Management:
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers to build and maintain a positive online community.
  • Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations on social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and posts.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics) to generate reports.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships:
  • Work with influencers, brand partners, and other social media accounts to promote the brand.
  • Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new formats, like TikTok challenges, memes, or new platform features.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, iMovie).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Experience with social media advertising is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and algorithms for each platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple social accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Must in DUBAI
