Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) aligned with overall brand goals.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow followers and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Drive measurable results in terms of reach, engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and generate performance reports.
  • Implement A/B testing and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.

YouTube Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand’s YouTube channels.
  • Develop strategies for audience growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and Schedule Chanel Content.
  • Optimize videos for SEO titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists.
  • Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns, including skippable/non-skippable ads, bumper ads, and discovery campaigns.
  • Track performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for website and digital content.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve ranking and organic traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads and other search engines.
  • Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and YouTube marketing.
  • Strong command of ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Timing: 9:00am-5:00pm/ Mon-Sat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
