The Role

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible not just for managing accounts, but for creating the content that powers them. From ideation to execution, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how brands show up online. If you can turn ideas into engaging visuals, videos, and captions—and back them up with smart strategy—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Lead content creation, including ideation, shooting coordination, basic filming, and editing where needed
• Develop content calendars that balance creativity, strategy, and performance goals
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and short-form copy
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to bring concepts to life
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform updates, and translate them into relevant content
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data
• Engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and real-time interactions
• Support campaign launches, brand activations, and content shoots

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong content creation skills, including short-form video and visual storytelling
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of tone and brand voice
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into execution
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts

Bonus Points If You

• Have agency experience
• Can shoot and edit short-form content using mobile or basic editing tools
• Are familiar with social analytics and reporting
• Have experience working with influencers or creators
