Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and qualified Social Media Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging audiences, and supporting brand awareness through effective and consistent social media content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Company Website, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
  • Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and paid ads (if required)
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all platforms
  • Handle online reputation management and audience engagement

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Excellent written communication and creative content skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
