Social Media Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Specialist to manage our brand presence across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will plan, create, and optimize content, engage with our audience, and drive campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (images, videos, carousels, stories, and reels).
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach.
• Interact with followers, respond to messages/comments, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Creative content creation skills (basic graphic design and video editing is a plus).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
• Basic photography or videography skills.
