Job Overview

We are looking for a go-getter Social Media Specialist & Video Editor who lives and breathes content. This role is for someone who takes initiative, brings fresh and innovative ideas, and turns them into high-performing social media videos. You will be hands-on—from ideation and filming to editing and posting—working on-site with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate original, creative, and trend-driven content ideas
• Film and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos on-site
• Create scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and Stories
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, effects, and sound design
• Manage daily social media posting and content calendars
• Adapt trends into brand-specific content, not copy-paste trends
• Monitor analytics and continuously optimize performance
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Collaborate closely with the on-site marketing and creative team

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and video editing
• Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Experience filming with smartphones
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Ability to work on-site at multiple project locations in the UAE
• Real Estate Experience prioritized

Nice to Have

• Experience with lighting and basic audio setup
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Influencer or creator collaboration experience
• Knowledge of paid social ads
