Social Media Specialist

> ROLE OVERVIEW

We are a performance-driven digital marketing consultancy working with international clients across UAE, UK, and Australia.

We are looking for a senior-level Social Media specialist who can combine:

✔ Social Media Strategy

✔ Content Direction

✔ Meta Ads Execution

✔ Funnel Thinking

✔ Platform-Level Growth Planning

This role is not for daily posting or basic account handling.

We need someone who understands how content, paid media, and positioning work together to drive measurable business outcomes.

> ROLE OBJECTIVE

To design and guide integrated digital strategies that align organic presence, paid campaigns, and brand communication into one growth-focused system.

You will act as a specialist consultant within our delivery team, supporting both planning and execution stages.

> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 - Social Media Strategy Development

  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.)
  • Define content positioning aligned with client goals
  • Plan monthly communication frameworks (not just content calendars)
  • Identify messaging that supports acquisition campaigns
  • Analyze competitors and audience behavior

2 - Content Direction & Planning

  • Build structured content strategies tied to performance goals
  • Provide clear creative direction to designers/editors
  • Recommend formats, hooks, and narrative approaches
  • Ensure organic presence strengthens paid campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms

3 - Meta Ads Planning & Execution

  • Plan and launch performance-focused Meta campaigns
  • Define audience targeting structures and testing strategies
  • Create campaign architecture aligned with funnel stages
  • Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure proper tracking and reporting

4 - Integrated Growth Strategy

  • Align paid, organic, and messaging into a unified system
  • Recommend optimization strategies based on insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and engagement
  • Support strategic decisions during project lifecycle

5 - Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Review campaign and content performance regularly
  • Provide actionable recommendations (not just reports)
  • Adjust strategies based on real-world data
  • Focus on measurable business impact rather than vanity metrics

> IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are seeking someone who understands both brand communication and paid acquisition mechanics.

> Required Experience :

✔ 2+ years in digital marketing strategy or performance marketing

✔ Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end

✔ Strong understanding of content-driven growth models

✔ Experience working with international or premium brands

✔ Ability to think beyond posting — toward positioning and conversion

> SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
  • Strong strategic thinking across multiple digital platforms
  • Ability to translate business goals into communication strategy
  • Analytical mindset with performance-driven decision making
  • Clear documentation and planning ability
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers and coordinators
