Job Description: Social Media Manager

Digirush Solutions is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to manage and expand our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be strategic, data-driven, and skilled in creating engaging content that drives leads, traffic, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and creatives
• Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Experience working with social media content calendars and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva and Adobe tools is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Hands-on experience with content planning, editorial calendars, and campaign execution
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Experience using AI tools for content ideation and optimization will be a plus
