Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our company’s social media accounts, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy in order to improve marketing efforts, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
• Create and schedule daily posts (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
• Manage company accounts on platforms such as:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Run paid advertisements and promotional campaigns
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions
• Create creative captions, hashtags, and campaign ideas
• Maintain company brand voice and professional image online

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools)
• Video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos)
• Understanding of paid ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads preferred)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking and trend awareness
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• Experience in lead generation or service industry marketing
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
