We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The candidate will develop content strategies, drive engagement, and execute paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
• Manage platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Monitor performance and generate reports
• Engage with online community and maintain brand voice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and analytics tools
• Experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
