Social Media Specialist

We are a clothing company specializing in both retail and wholesale. As we shift our focus toward expanding our retail presence, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and build a highly engaged community.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and results-driven, with proven experience growing online communities, increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and converting followers into customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy focused on retail growth
• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, etc.)
• Grow and actively manage our online community
• Increase followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility
• Plan and maintain content calendars
• Monitor analytics and optimize strategy based on performance data
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience growing social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms
• Experience in fashion or retail marketing (preferred)
• Strong communication, creative, and storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategy
• Proven expertise with social media management tools
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to develop compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across platforms
• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and creating targeted advertising campaigns
• Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail
• Proven experience integrating Shopify with Instagram and Facebook, including setting up Instagram Shop, product tagging, and driving direct sales from social media to Shopify

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
