Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand's presence and engagement on our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and strategies, as well as excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Create and curate engaging and relevant content (such as posts, images, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and values.

Manage and monitor social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Data-Driven insights, analyze social media data and metrics (such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and share insights and recommendations with the team and the company.

Live Event Coverage: Social media event coverage that involves live reporting, sharing updates, photos, and videos during an event to create engagement and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role.
