Role Title: Social Media Content Creator & Strategist

Salary Range: SAR 8000 – 10,000 per month
Location: Saudi office with the ability to create content across Middle East

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management:
• Develop, produce, and manage engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, emphasizing product promotions.
• Craft content that resonates with gaming communities and meme cultures, aiming for virality.
• Adapt content strategies based on platform algorithms and trending topics.
• Multinational Content Production:
• Independently create culturally relevant content tailored to audiences in six different countries, ensuring minimal reliance on external agencies and operating within a constrained budget.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions across platforms, fostering a strong community presence.
• Stay updated with emerging trends to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.

Key Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing viral campaigns and product-focused content.
• Proven ability to create content that appeals to gaming and meme-centric audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in producing content for diverse international markets.

Preferred Skills

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms to optimize content reach.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong storytelling abilities with a knack for creating relatable and shareable content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends

Additional Considerations

• Cultural Sensitivity: Given the diverse markets, ensure content is culturally appropriate and resonates with local audiences in each target country.
• Camera Facing : Should be able to represent the organization well in front of camera.
