Content Executive

The Content Executive will lead local, in house content creation for BRAU in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the brand feels authentic, culturally relevant, and engaging for Saudi audiences. The role focuses on producing high quality content across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance focused creative for paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short form content tailored to the Saudi market, including TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories, static posts, and carousels. Ensure content aligns with BRAU’s brand identity while resonating with local audiences.

• Embed Saudi culture, locations, and trends into content. Capture authentic moments including store visits, behind the scenes footage, local events, and lifestyle content that reflects everyday life in Riyadh and across KSA.

• Produce content that performs effectively across both organic social channels and paid media campaigns. Adapt formats and messaging to suit different platforms and performance objectives.

• Work closely with the central team to execute brand campaigns locally. Support the KSA content calendar, manage shoot logistics, coordinate approvals, and ensure briefs, assets, and project updates are maintained in Notion.

• Track content performance and provide feedback on what resonates with Saudi audiences across organic and paid channels. Use insights to continuously refine content formats, creative direction, and storytelling approaches.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media or content creation within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong skills in creating and editing short form video content for TikTok and Instagram, including formats suitable for paid advertising.
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture, consumer behavior, and local social media trends.
• Fluent Arabic required. English is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a remote central team while managing local execution independently.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
