Position: Social Media Content Creator

Salary: SAR 2,500 plus FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal, OR SAR 3,700 for full package, live out.

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and visually driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team at one of Riyadh's most distinguished café experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and crafting compelling visual content — spanning photography, videography, and post-production — that authentically reflects the refined character of our brand across Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our audience discovers, connects with, and falls in love with every detail of our space, our menu, and our story.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photo and video content that showcases the café's ambiance, food, beverages, and brand story across Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Film engaging short-form videos — including Reels, TikToks, and Snapchat Stories — applying dynamic framing, transitions, trending audio, and platform-native formats to maximise reach and engagement.
• Execute professional product and lifestyle photography, collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to style dishes, drinks, and spaces to a luxury editorial standard.
• Edit all footage and photos in-house using industry-standard software (Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent), maintaining a consistent and refined visual identity across all platforms.
• Continuously monitor trending audio, hashtags, visual styles, and viral content formats on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat to keep the café's content relevant, timely, and culturally resonant in the Saudi market.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related creative field — or a minimum of 2 years of demonstrable professional experience in social media content creation for a lifestyle, F&B, or luxury brand.
• Proven proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems and editing tools including Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut. A strong portfolio demonstrating videography, photography, and edited output across short-form platforms is required.
• Deep familiarity with Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, and Snapchat content mechanics, algorithms, and audience behaviours — with an understanding of the Riyadh lifestyle and hospitality scene as a strong advantage.
