Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, followers, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and manage content calendars for daily/weekly posting.
• Create engaging posts, captions, and visual content.
• Monitor trends and implement viral content ideas.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns.
• Cover event-based social media activities and live posting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Creativity with a keen eye for design and content trends
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or relevant field (preferred)
