As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging campaigns, and running paid advertising across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing and performance advertising, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and improve KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, captions, and campaign materials
- Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages professionally
- Track social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media communication
Requirements:
- Experience in managing social media accounts and running paid ads
- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics
- Strong communication and content planning skills
- Ability to create growth-focused social media strategies
- Knowledge of audience targeting, engagement tactics, and ad optimization
- Experience in financial services, loans, fintech, or crypto industry is preferred
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
