1. Strong graphic design skills

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, typography, and social-first design
  • Ability to create content efficiently while maintaining quality

2. Exceptional organization & project management

  • Can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with content calendars and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to keep projects moving without constant oversight

3. Understanding of social media best practices

  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content strategies
  • Familiarity with platform-specific content formats and trends
  • Understanding of engagement, reach, and audience growth tactics

4. Strategic & analytical thinking

  • Can interpret monthly reporting metrics and identify trends
  • Understands what content is performing and why
  • Able to contribute ideas backed by data, not just opinions

5. Strong written communication

  • Can write clear, engaging captions
  • Understands brand voice and can adapt messaging for different clients

5. Video editing experience

  • Basic CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva video editing skills

  • Photography/videography experience
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with social scheduling platforms (Loomly, Sprout, HubSpot, Later, etc.)
  • Knowledge of community management and engagement
  • Experience working in an agency environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
