JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Specialist to lead and manage multiple corporate social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social media management, content creation, branding, copywriting, and digital marketing, with the ability to grow audience engagement, strengthen brand authority, and create high-impact content that delivers measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and online authority.
- Create compelling content including captions, posts, articles, employer branding content, and marketing campaigns.
- Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, carousels, infographics, and promotional materials using Canva and similar tools.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content through structured content calendars.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and execute Meta advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social media management (Meta & LinkedIn) and digital marketing, with a track record of driving engagement and brand growth.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns, content strategy, content creation, and visual design expertise.
- Experience in corporate branding, recruitment marketing, professional services, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Company Pages, and Meta Ads Manager, with hands-on experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficient in Canva, social media content creation, AI tools and scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools to plan and publish engaging content.
- Skilled in social media analytics, audience insights, and performance reporting; basic video editing capabilities are an added advantage.
