Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.
- The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential, which becomes increasingly useful for companies like ours.

- You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media marketing and how the internet can be a powerful tool for driving revenue growth.

- Assist in developing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Launch optimized online advertisements via Facebook Boosts, stories, and updates to increase company and brand awareness.
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, etc.).
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website accordingly.
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- Measure the performance of Social Media Marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).
- Stay updated on online marketing trends and ensure strategies are up-to-date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Moz, etc.).
- Skilled in creative content writing.
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
