Social Media Specialist - Arab Nationality

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive (Arab National) with proven experience in the events industry to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, live event coverage, audience engagement, and brand storytelling aligned with our events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X
• Manage pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media coverage (stories, reels, posts, highlights)
• Coordinate with events, production, AV, and design teams to capture real-time content during events
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with event schedules and marketing campaigns
• Write compelling captions in Arabic (mandatory) and English
• Monitor social media performance, insights, and engagement analytics
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and timely
• Stay updated with social media trends, event marketing trends, and platform algorithms
• Support paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations when required
• Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and consistency across all platforms

Requirements

• Arab National or Arab Passport Holder preferred)
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, preferably in the events, entertainment, hospitality, or media industry
• Strong command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with live event coverage
• Basic skills in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Photography and short-form video editing skills
• Experience with influencers and brand collaborations
• Understanding of UAE market and audience behavior
• Passion for events, branding, and digital storytelling
