Social Media Specialist / Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Social Media Specialist / Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence across all platforms. This includes creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content, monitoring performance, interacting with the community, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management
• Develop, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, etc.).
• Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and campaigns.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate with design, photography, and video teams.
• Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor conversations and trends relevant to the brand.
• Build strong relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities.
• Campaign Support
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Support paid advertising campaigns with creatives and targeting inputs.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
• Prepare daily performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.
• Trend Monitoring & Research
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, features, and competitor activities.
• Recommend new ideas and tactics to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼6,000.00 per month
