Social Media Specialist (Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist (Female) who not only excels in developing and executing social media strategies but also has the confidence to appear in front of the camera as a brand presenter.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Content Creation

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, etc.).
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

On-Camera Presentation

• Act as the face of the brand in videos, product showcases and live sessions.
• Deliver brand messages with clarity, authenticity, and confidence.
• Collaborate with the creative team to script, record, and publish presenter-led content.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Respond to audience comments and messages promptly to build relationships.
• Manage online reputation and foster community engagement.
• Drive follower growth and improve engagement rates across all platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in social media management (agency or brand side).
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to plan, script, and create content independently.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and storytelling.

(On-site) Lahore - High Q Tower

Office timings:

9 AM - 6 PM (Morning shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
