What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
• Create engaging, on-brand content calendars and manage posting schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to launch impactful campaigns.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.
• Track performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with current social trends, competitor strategies, and platform changes.
• Support paid campaigns with targeting insights and creative input.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, engagement tactics, and content trends.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (creative caption writing is a plus).
• Experience coordinating content production with design teams.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, paid ads, or short-form video editing.
