Position Overview:
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to drive engagement and leads through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote real estate listings, services, and brand awareness.
• Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, stories) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage the company’s social media calendar and ensure consistent posting.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships online.
• Stay updated with the latest social media and real estate marketing trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
