Social Media Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to strengthen our online presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable results across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to optimize content and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Build and maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role (minimum 1.5 years).
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Solid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and paid media campaigns.
• Creative thinker with excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
