About the Role: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals. Plan monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

Content & Creativity:

Collaborate with the design/content team to create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos. Write compelling captions and copy tailored for each platform.

Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages. Build relationships with online communities and influencers.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Paid Campaigns:

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Suggest innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role. Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media analytics tools. Basic knowledge of paid ads management. Excellent communication and creative thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications: Background in digital marketing, advertising, or brand management. Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools. Experience in influencer collaborations and campaign management.
