Role Description
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to take ownership of our digital presence, drive engagement, and build meaningful collaborations. You’ll be the brain behind our content calendar, campaigns, and community interactions turning brand goals into social stories that connect.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to ensure content relevance and engagement.
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the creative team.
Content & Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content writers to ensure cohesive and timely content delivery.
- Identify and lead social media collaborations (cross-brand, influencer, or community campaigns).
- Suggest and plan creative ideas for reels, carousels, and interactive posts to strengthen brand visibility.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads).
- Optimize strategy based on analytics and platform algorithm changes.
- Responsibilities
Paid Social & Campaign Management
- Plan and oversee paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and optimize budget allocation and targeting strategies.
Audience Growth & Experimentation
- Develop initiatives to grow followers and engagement rate.
- Experiment with new content formats or platforms (e.g., Threads etc.).
Platform-Specific Expertise
- Experience managing reels strategy, or short-form video trends.
- Knowledge of SEO for social media (hashtags, keywords, YouTube optimization).
- Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut for content editing.
- Understanding of visual hierarchy and storytelling in digital formats.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.
- Passion for staying ahead of algorithm changes and cultural trends.
- Experience setting and tracking KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Proven record of delivering measurable results.
Community Engagement
- Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Engage actively with audiences, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to build a strong online community.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the social space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics & respective tools is a plus.
