Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing platform-specific strategies that drive organic growth, engagement, and brand visibility, while ensuring consistent communication aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Drive organic community growth through targeted content and engagement tactics.
  • Identify opportunities to increase reach, follower base, and engagement rates organically.

Content Planning & Execution

  • Create, manage, and optimize monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Ensure timely publishing and consistent posting schedules across all platforms.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor key social media metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, CTR).
  • Generate performance reports and extract actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Implement data-driven optimizations to improve audience retention, engagement, and conversion.

Trend & Algorithm Monitoring

  • Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and new platform features to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Experiment with new formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) to enhance reach and engagement.

Community Management

  • Manage community interactions across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure timely responses to comments, DMs, and inquiries in line with brand voice and communication guidelines.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in managing brand social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to visual aesthetics and brand tone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, etc.) is a plus.

  • Organic follower growth rate
  • Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Reach and impressions
  • Response time to community interactions
  • Content consistency and calendar adherence
  • Conversion and click-through rate (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
