About the Role:

TechStriker is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist who can plan and execute our in-house social media strategy as well as manage clients’ social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team of 4–5 members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies for TechStriker and clients across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 social media executives/designers.
• Oversee content creation, including copy, creatives, reels, and videos.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Manage client communication, understand requirements, and deliver results aligned with their goals.
• Ensure timely execution and quality of all deliverables.
• Coordinate with the design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of paid ads is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,500.06 per month
