We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Strategist who will own the end-to-end strategic direction of our clients’ social presence. You will ideate monthly campaigns, break them down into weekly and per-post plans, write compelling copy, and work closely with designers and editors to bring your ideas to life.
This role is for someone who blends big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution — someone who treats strategy as a craft.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaign Ideation
- Develop monthly social media strategies and campaign concepts across client brands.
- Build narrative arcs, thematic content directions, and storytelling frameworks.
- Ideate formats and high-level concepts that are platform-appropriate.
2. Content Planning & Breakdown
- Break campaign ideas into weekly and per-post content calendars.
- Define the purpose of each post (awareness, engagement, conversion, education).
- Recommend formats like reels, carousels, stories, statics, UGC, long-form, etc.
3. Copywriting & Micro-Writing
- Write strong, scroll-stopping copy for posts, reels, scripts, hooks, CTAs, and captions.
- Maintain consistency with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine copy as visuals evolve.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Brief designers and editors with clear references, moodboards, and ideas.
- Ensure content is executed exactly as envisioned, with high-quality output.
- Review drafts, give constructive feedback, and get posts ready for publishing.
5. Research & Insights
- Study competitors, trends, and audience behaviour to inform content direction.
- Analyse platform updates and new features to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Bring data-backed suggestions into monthly planning.
6. Brand & Content Management
- Maintain coherent storytelling, visual identity, and tone across all platforms.
- Ensure alignment with client goals, positioning, and growth metrics.
- Proactively suggest new content pillars, series, or experiments.
7. Performance Monitoring
- Track performance of posts, campaigns, and monthly calendars.
- Analyse what’s working and what’s not, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Present insights to the internal team to refine strategy.
Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:
- 2–4 years of experience as a social media strategist, content strategist, or digital marketer.
- Proven experience planning content calendars for brands.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong grasp of hooks and platform psychology.
- Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling capability.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with creative teams.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced creative environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in creative agencies.
- Understanding of design/editing workflows to communicate clearly with creatives.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
- Basic reporting and data interpretation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
