We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a Social Media Strategist with a strong background in cryptocurrency and blockchain to lead and execute impactful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Role Overview
As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, grow engaged communities, and drive measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, along with the ability to craft creative content that resonates with Web3 audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms including Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram.
• Monitor crypto industry news and trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Manage and grow online communities by fostering positive engagement and responding to comments/messages.
• Optimize both paid and organic social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under deadlines.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
