Job Overview

We are hiring a Bangalore-based Social Media Strategist & Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage social media strategy and paid advertising for business growth.

This role requires someone who understands how to turn ad spend into revenue, scale campaigns, and build brand presence across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for handling real business ad budgets and driving measurable performance outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy

• Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategies
• Create monthly content and growth plans aligned with business objectives
• Improve reach, engagement, and brand positioning
• Work closely with creative teams for ad creatives and content

Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Handle ₹5–7 lakhs business ad budget
• Optimize campaigns for:
• ROAS
• Leads
• Sales & conversions
• Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copies
• Scale winning campaigns and reduce ad wastage

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Use data insights to improve campaign results continuously

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in:
• Social Media Strategy
• Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
• Experience handling live ad budgets is mandatory
