Social Media Team Lead

The Social Media Team Lead will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company’s social media strategy across all platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance, and leading a team to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify key trends, audience insights, and competitive strategies to inform campaigns.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media specialists and content creators.
  • Assign tasks, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
  • Content & Campaigns:
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
  • Manage paid social campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, budget allocation, and ROI.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions across platforms to build a positive brand presence.
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics and campaign performance.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a social media team.
  • Strong understanding of paid social campaigns, audience targeting, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Growth in followers and engagement rates across platforms.
  • Increase in website traffic and leads from social media.
  • ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Timely delivery of campaigns and adherence to content calendars.
  • Team performance and collaboration effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
