Social Media Team Lead

The Social Media Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies across multiple platforms. This role involves leading the social media team, managing client accounts, driving engagement, and ensuring all digital communication aligns with the brand’s tone, goals, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Supervise and guide the social media team, including content creators, community managers, and designers.
• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and client servicing teams for campaign integration.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns and ensure alignment with performance objectives.
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging tools to keep strategies innovative.
• Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand ambassador initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience leading social media teams or managing large-scale campaigns preferred.
