We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Team Leader / Senior to spearhead our social media department and drive impactful results for our clients.

🎯 Role Purpose

You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists to execute high-level social media strategies. You will be the bridge between creative vision, data analysis, and client satisfaction.

📌 Key Responsibilities

 * Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and guide a team of social media specialists to ensure professional growth and high-quality output.

 * Strategy & Planning: Develop, schedule, and approve content calendars across multiple platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

 * Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and performance metrics to ensure ROI.

 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Media Buying teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

 * Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing feedback and expectations professionally.

 * Quality Control: Ensure team compliance with brand guidelines, deadlines, and company standards.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic & Experience:

 * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

 * Proven experience in managing social media teams and multi-account portfolios.

Technical Skills:

 * Expert knowledge of social media platforms and their evolving algorithms.

 * Strong editorial skills (Content planning, copywriting, and proofreading).

 * Ability to interpret data and translate analytics into actionable insights.

 * Basic understanding of Paid Ads and performance marketing.
