Job description

AGH International Group (360° Marketing) is expanding and looking for a dedicated, proactive, and growth-driven team member who can support both internal operations and social media strategy.

This is a full-time, on-site role .

Role Overview:

You’ll manage day-to-day operational tasks, support the marketing team, and contribute to planning and moderating social media platforms. The role blends administration, content planning, and moderation in a fast-paced environment that demands clarity, accuracy, and creativity.

Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Insert, manage, and track tasks in the CRM and calendar.
  • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and internal workflows.
  • Organize digital files and company resources.
  • Conduct research to support strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide daily support to management and the marketing team.
  • Handle outreach and communication as needed.

Social Media & Content Planning:

  • Build content calendars, ideas, and monthly strategies.
  • Assist in campaign planning and content structuring.
  • Prepare briefs and outlines for designers and editors.
  • Review content for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly insights.

Moderation & Community Management:

  • Daily moderation of AGH and client social media pages.
  • Respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and leads.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone across platforms.
  • Identify issues, opportunities, and trends in real time.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and fast in execution.
  • Creativity with the ability to visualize plans in Canva or templates.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn (growth mindset).
  • Able to multitask and handle dynamic workflows.
  • Previous experience in admin, social media, or coordination is a plus.
  • Full-time availability & exclusivity required.
